Contract Options:

Design Build – full turn key design and construction of your project, from drawing board to handing over the keys. We offer the convenience of a one stop, full service contract to get a building that will serve you for many years into the future.

 

Design build process:

- Working with the owner and consultants we will design the project.

- We will provide a cost estimate for the completed project and suggest cost effective options

- Obtain all required permits to complete the construction

- Provide a realistic schedule

- Manage all aspects of the construction of the project to the final turn-over of the keys.

 

General Contracting – we will provide pricing and schedules per the plans and specifications provided for tendering, while offering our experience throughout the process to help aid the owner in meeting time schedules and budgets.

 

Construction Management – as the construction manager on a project we will manage the project on the site and in the office. Working with the owners consultants, we will act on behalf of the owner to ensure that the project stays on track, during the tendering process and throughout the construction and post construction phases. As the Construction Manager we will provide our input as part of the team to ensure a timely construction schedule and cost-efficient budget, through our contacts with subtrades and suppliers.

 

Project Management - as the Project Manager, we manage the entire project on behalf of the owner. We will procure the consultants, and then help the owner through the design, tendering and construction of the project. This process allows the owner to be involved in the design and construction, as well as ensuring that the owner has full involvement in the financial expenditures.

 

Supply and Installation of Pre-engineered Buildings - we can provide a building shell to help in the construction process. No longer just a metal box, Makloc Construction’s Design team can create unique structures at an affordable price, allowing the owner to work as their own general.
